The next Masterclass 20|21 has as subject the Conservation of Outdoor Sculpture and will be held in Porto between 10th and 12th May’2012. The intense exposure to many degradation agents is a particular feature of outdoor sculpture, deserving special attention of modern and contemporary art conservators, including the 20|21′s team.
Derek Pullen and Lyndsey Morgan have worked for two decades in this area at Tate, and come to Porto to share their vast experience; site visits to about 50 sculptures in Serralves Park and MIEC in Santo Tirso ensure the practical approach to the subject.
